Item(s) are non-refundable once sold. We will only allow exchange of items within 7 days in the following cases: a) item has a manufacturing defect; b) item received is not the same as what you’ve ordered. All products returned must be in the same state as when it’s received. An item will be exchanged on a 1 to 1 basis. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will warrant a refund.
We do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used or tampered with. We do not accept any form of falsification and reserve the rights to turn down an exchange.
Upon retrieving the faulty goods, our customer service officers will access the goods and get back to you within 3 working days. If the exchange is granted, we will deliver the exchanged items at our cost. Alternatively, you may bring the goods down to our customer service at 91 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, Singapore 415980 for an immediate assessment and exchange.
Returns/exchange will not be accepted other than terms stated above.
