Orders completed will be dispatched within 24hours unless orders made on Friday to Sundays.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe – thank you for the considerations.

Alternatively, there’s an option for self-collection. Once order has been processed and confirmed, you can pick your items up at 91 Kaki Bukit Ave 1, Singapore 415980. Please bring along an I.D for identification, as well as a copy of the purchased invoice.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes; which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Seawalk Hardware is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information/assistance. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Seawalk Hardware, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Seawalk Hardware. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
